Shipping & Delivery

What You Need to Know Before You Order

A smooth delivery relies on a clear partnership. Before you finalize your purchase, your primary responsibility is to ensure every detail of your order is correct. Please double-check your selected model and color, as we are unable to make modifications once the order enters our system. This is a critical step, because the window for changes is extremely brief.

Our Role: Processing and Dispatch

Our team at practiqustin handles all orders from our warehouse in China. The processing timeline is typically 2-5 business days. Once processing is complete, your package is shipped the following day. Keep in mind that during holidays and sale seasons, the processing phase may require additional time. We will send a shipping confirmation to your email as soon as your purchase is dispatched, providing you with the details needed to monitor your shipment’s journey.

The cost of shipping is calculated based on two factors: the weight of your package and the delivery location.

Your Role: Tracking, Customs, and Fees

Once your order is on its way, the responsibility shifts to you. You are solely responsible for tracking the shipment and for submitting any required documents or information to customs or the local courier. If a delivery fails or the package is returned to us because you did not follow up or provide the necessary requirements, practiqustin cannot offer a free refund or replacement. In such a scenario, you may need to place a new order.

It is also your duty to check your local postal regulations for any restricted items before ordering. We cannot be held liable for items that are not accepted into your specific country.

Delivery and Local Handling

Your package will be delivered by either your local post office or a local courier. In most areas, delivery is handled by the local postal service, meaning your order will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not available to receive it, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your delivery. Please be aware that your local customs office might require extra documents and time to clear your package, which could delay the estimated delivery time.

Financial Responsibilities

For all international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and related fees that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are set by the customs office of that destination and are not covered by practiqustin. For a detailed breakdown of these potential costs, please contact your local customs office directly.

Our store displays prices in your local currency, but the transaction is finalized in USD at checkout. All payments are processed in USD through Paypal or Stripe. If your credit card account uses a currency other than US Dollars, your bank may apply a different exchange rate and charge a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank’s policies, and practiqustin is not responsible for them. For any questions about these charges, please reach out to your bank.

Order Finality

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us immediately. However, once our warehouse has processed your order, we cannot make any changes. Furthermore, any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. The placement of your order confirms your acceptance of these terms, including the non-negotiable nature of customs and transaction fees, which are matters between you, your bank, and your local customs authority.
